This 8”x10” plein air painting was completed in Chagrin River Park in Willoughby, OH. I loved the strong shadows on the path and was a great excuse to paint during mid-day, when the light is typically flat. The hill along the left side hides the high-tension wires that carve their own path through this park. At this spot, you’d never know they are there.
